This phase of the larger Briarcliff project includes assisted living and memory support housing units plus associated amenities and support spaces.
Our study report included analysis and comments on all major HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems.
We reviewed the Owner’s Project Requirements and Basis of Design documents; reviewed construction documents related to the systems above; and attended meetings to discuss our observations with the Owner and the design team.
