Senior Lifestyle Corporation is a growing company that currently operates facilities in 27 states, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing/rehab, affordable senior housing, and short-term stays.
In collaboration with the client, GBA assessed existing designs, operating procedures, priorities, and objectives, and then created Design Standards that can generally be applied to new projects. Our team delivered a series of documents identifying key aspects of the properties and making recommendations for energy-efficient design, based on life cycle costs and Owner preferences. Documents issued included General Engineering, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection, Electrical, and Low Voltage Systems Design Standards.
