Ficek, Allen, Sanchez Honored by American Society of Plumbing Engineers

G/BA team members Joe Ficek, Theresa Allen, and Frank Sanchez were recently honored for outstanding achievements by the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.

Joe Ficek, CPD, an Associate at G/BA, was inducted into the Kenneth G. Wentink College of Fellows, a prestigious honor that recognizes continued commitment to advancing the Society and the profession. He now adds the FASPE designation to his credentials.

Theresa Allen, PE, LEED AP BD+C, received the ASPE Young Professional Award, recognizing her work with the Society’s Young Professionals (AYP) program. Frank Sanchez, CPD, was honored with a Special Award of Achievement.

They are shown receiving their awards from William F. Hughes Jr., CPD, LEED AP, FASPE, the president of the ASPE Board from 2012-14. Joining Hughes and Ficek is Cyril Unger, CPD, FASPE, a member of the ASPE Fellows Committee.
