Luis Contreras has more than 25 years of engineering experience, including design, commissioning, and test and balance experience. He is the leader of GBA’s New York regional office, where he directs projects in many sectors, including healthcare, education, science/technology, commercial, multifamily residential, and hospitality.
Luis is a Certified Energy Manager, Certified Energy Auditor, and a LEED Accredited Professional. He has earned the Building Commissioning Professional certification from ASHRAE.
