John Villani leads GBA’s commissioning services team, encompassing commissioning, retro-commissioning, monitoring-based (continuous) commissioning, and design/build retro-commissioning. He also supervises sustainability-regulation compliance services for numerous clients.
John has more than 30 years of engineering experience, from sailing as a Merchant Mariner to building operations, construction, design, and commissioning.
He is a Certified Commissioning Professional and a past president of both the Central Chapter and the International Board of the Building Commissioning Association.
