Habib Shams joined Grumman|Butkus Associates in 2005. With a specialization in the healthcare and laboratory markets, Habib is involved in all phases of HVAC and medical gas systems design. He also has particular expertise in the design of central plants. In addition, Habib’s experience includes heating and cooling load calculations, equipment selection, and construction administration services. He is a member of ASHRAE.
