John has been with GBA since 2007. His primary specialties involve the design of mechanical and electrical systems for institutional and commercial buildings, with a particular focus on HVAC system design for both new and existing facilities (including field inspections of existing conditions, heating and cooling load calculations, equipment selection, and system layout). John has designed mechanical systems and administered construction for a variety of projects.
