GBA Evanston to host “Big Data and the Sustainable Lab” on June 26

Leaders in the design, engineering, and commissioning field will explore the promise of data analytics for creating high-performance labs in a Windy City I2SL educational event to be held Monday, June 26, from 4:30 to 7 p.m.

The meeting will be held at Grumman/Butkus’  Evanston, IL, offices (820 Davis St., Suite 300), and will begin with a Happy Hour, followed by four 15-minute presentations from industry experts. The results of the 2107 Windy City Chapter board elections will also be announced.

Paul Beukema of Honeywell will speak and also moderate the meeting. Aaron Mason, Hawkeye Energy Solutions; John Villani, G/BA; and Ilana Cember, Baumann Consulting round out the speakers’ roster.

Sponsors include G/BA, Honeywell, and the Windy City Chapter of the International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories. One AIA credit or CEU will be available for attendees. The fee is $15 for I2SL members and for lab owners/users, and $30 for non-members and non-owner/users.
