Chairman - Florida and Wisconsin

Jeff joined G/BA in 1981, and from 1984 until 2002, Jeff served as President and Managing Principal of G/BA-Wisconsin. In 2002 he became Chairman of the Wisconsin Corporation and in early 2016, Jeff opened an office for G/BA in the Orlando, FL, area. As Chairman and Principal today, Jeff provides mechanical building systems analysis, energy management, design, and commissioning services, for both new and existing buildings. He has developed energy management programs for multiple corporations, including more than 3,200 buildings; has been principal-in-charge of commissioning projects encompassing $525 million in construction and existing building/retro-commissioning projects encompassing 16.5 million square feet of space in the past six years; and has been principal-in-charge of hundreds of building systems designs. Jeff has provided engineering consulting services to governmental, hospital, hotel, laboratory, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and higher education clients during his career, spanning more then four decades.

Jeff served on the Board of Directors of the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA) from 2010 through 2015, was past chairman of the BCxA's Professional Development Committee (2007-2009), and is currently serving as Chairman of the group's International Committee. Jeff is a Life Member of ASHRAE, and a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association (CFHLA), Florida Healthcare Engineering Association (FHEA), National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and the Florida Society of Professional Engineers (FSPE). Jeff is a registered professional engineer in 11 states and Puerto Rico.
